We collect your name, phone number and city to run your account and to show customers who they are booking. Your phone number is shared with a customer only while a paid booking between you is active, and theirs is shared with you on the same terms.
Your bank account details are collected to transfer what you earn and are used for nothing else. Only the staff who process payouts can see them; a customer never can.
When you ask for the verified badge, we record which requirements you confirmed and the outcome of the review. Anything you show the support team for that review is used for it alone and is never shown to customers.
Your portfolio, prices, working hours, rating and reviews are public: they are what a customer sees when choosing a photographer. The work you deliver for a booking is shared only with the customer who booked it.
Your device receives notifications about requests, bookings and payouts; you can turn them off in Settings at any time. We do not sell your data, and you can delete your account from the app whenever you wish.
