This policy explains what Sworah collects from you as a customer, why, and who sees it. It applies to the app and to the Sworah website.
What we collect. Your phone number and name to open and run your account; the email, gender and date of birth you may add; the city you choose; and, for each booking, the shoot's address and time, what you asked for and what you paid. The app asks for your location only to set the shoot address and show nearby photographers, and for your camera or photos only when you attach a picture.
What we use it for. Matching your request with photographers who are free at that time and place, running the booking and the payment, sending you the notifications that belong to it, keeping your wallet and its history, and answering you when you contact support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.
What the photographer sees. Your name, the shoot's address and time, and what you asked for. Your phone number is shared with the photographer only after you have paid, and theirs with you, and only while that booking is active. Your chat stays inside the booking; a photographer never sees your wallet, your email or your other bookings.
What other users see. When you rate a photographer, other customers see your rating with your name shortened to its first letter. When a photographer rates you, you see the number; Sworah keeps the words.
Who else. Sworah's support team can read a booking's details and its chat to resolve a dispute or a report. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Your choices. You can edit your details and switch notifications off in the app at any time, and delete your account from the app once your bookings are finished and your wallet is empty. Records of past bookings and payments are kept as long as accounting and the law require; ask for them, or ask anything about this policy, through Contact us. Changes to this policy are dated at the top.
