These terms govern your use of the Sworah app as a photographer. By registering you accept them, and by accepting a booking you commit to it. Sworah is the platform between you and the customer; you provide the service, in your own name and at your own responsibility.
Your account. Sworah reviews every new photographer before they appear to customers, and may ask for proof of identity, licence or equipment. Keep your profile true: your name, your city, your portfolio, what you shoot and what you charge. One account per phone number. Sworah may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Prices and hours. You set a price for each service you offer, at or above the minimum Sworah sets for it, and the hours you work. Customers are shown only the photographers who are genuinely free at the requested time, so keep your hours honest and mark days off in advance.
Requests and bookings. Every request shows the service, the place, the time and what you will earn before you accept, and you accept only what you want. The first photographer to accept takes the booking. Accepting is a commitment: be at the agreed place at the agreed time, and do the agreed work.
Withdrawing. Withdrawing before the customer has paid simply frees the request for others. After payment you must ask Sworah, giving your reason; support decides, may refund the customer or move the booking to another photographer, and repeated withdrawals can stop you from accepting new work.
The customer, the chat and the pictures. The customer's phone number reaches you only after payment, and yours reaches them; arrange the details in the booking's chat, where phone numbers and insults are refused. The pictures you take belong to that customer's booking: deliver them through a link inside the booking, from the services Sworah accepts, and do not use them to promote yourself without the customer's permission.
Money. Sworah keeps a commission from each completed booking; the figure you see before accepting is already net of it. Completed bookings add up to what Sworah owes you, and you ask for a transfer to your bank account from Financial transactions; support approves each transfer and pays it to the account you registered. When a customer cancels late, part of what they are not refunded comes to you.
Ratings and the badge. Customers rate every completed booking and you rate them; ratings are published after a short hold, shown once there are enough, and may not be traded or manipulated. Once you meet the requirements shown in the app you can ask for the verified badge, which Sworah grants after review.
Changes and contact. Sworah may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when, and continued use means you accept them. Questions and complaints go through Contact us in the app.
